Picture4The PA Laboratory Power Amplifiers are designed as general purpose low frequency high power signal amplifier for laboratory use. Its excellent response time and low distortions makes any PA amplifier the perfect instrument for driving a variety of load types including high capacitive loads. Selectable input impedance and coupling type allows direct connection to several signal source types. The voltage gain is selectable in 3 discrete steps 2, 4 and 8. All PA amplifiers allow also the possibility of remote output on/off switching using wired TTL logic.

In order to prevent unwanted output clipping caused by violating the maximum output voltage rating a clip indicator will light up informing the user to decrease the amplitude of the input signal. To prevent damage due to overheating a thermal protection circuit disconnects the load until the device is cooled and safe operation can be restored. The device is actively cooled using a thermostatic controlled fan. This insures optimal cooling in heavy load conditions and low noise operation for low current applications.

The amplifier is available in 3 different version for different output characteristic demands : PA2070A, PA3650D, PA35100E.
